I wish I had the skills to do this kind of stuff. I've been poking around in Blender but nothing close to this! If you want to get your feet wet in this black art of 3D design, try tinkercad. Fairly lightweight but the learning curve compared to Blender is like a bicycle vs. an F1 car!
