Reference pics for the Dutch Hurricane
Overall standard RAF colours, black spinner and Vokes filter fitted. Sky band around the rear fuselage is sometimes depicted but I'm not sure.
Roundels were painted over and orange triangles applied, but not on the top of the wings (also not sure, but same as Brewster Buffalo and Curtiss Hawk)

Probably the only picture of a Dutch Hurricane... Vokes filter clealry visible
Production line at Canadian Car & Foundry's factory in Fort William, Ontario (CanCar)
British Hurricane from Singapore
Radiator cowling in foreground
Probably Hawker Hurricane Z5611, captured by the Imperial Japanese forces from the Dutch

Simply put; there are none. Only one picture of a Hurricane, but even without wings and on a road...
According to different sites, there are some serialnumbers known. And based of some guess work, different graphic designers made some profiles and more-than-one-modeller has built it.
So not at all a what-if project.
