Album info
This is Hasegawa's old A-37. Comes with options to build it as an A or B. Raised panel lines, I don't really have a problem with them but in this case most of the lines were wrong, so this got a full rescribe.
I used an Eduard sheet which was really small but got the basics: IP, seat belts and most important of all, the FOD guards of the engine air intakes, which are a very noticeable feature of this tiny A/C.
I boxed in the wheel wells. In case of the nose wheel well, there was not really a well there, so I made one and scratched a basic retraction mechanism.
Bombs come from the spares box, I think those came with a Hase F-105 or A-4, don't really remember. I refined the shapes of these and scratched the extended fuses.
Added some engine air intake plugs because there was no ducting and I wasn't in the mood to scratch it.
Ejection seats and most of the cockpit is scratch built. The cockpit was very bare bones and the seats bore no resemblance to the real ones.
Painted with Humbrol enamels, decals from the box.
