I love them so much because of what seems like endless sea of decals. Through these few years I've been doing these kits I found that decaling a kit is what makes me happy the most.

I'm helping my girlfriend to redo her old F1 kits from way back when she was like 12-13. Hence why the photos of old and new. It goes without saying that our skills developed a bit over the past decade or so.

I don't mind the Ferrari thing one bit. Love them myself too. But I think they're overdoing it for the last 15 years or so. Back in the day there were a lot less Ferraris than nowadays. It's like they make a new one every year. Talking about real cars not Formula 1. When it comes to Italian, I'm more of a Lamorghini type of a guy, though I'd have to say, when it all comes down in the end, Ferrari does have more to offer, going hand in hand with some of the 911s from back in the day when Porsche wasn't producing rubbish such as that Boxter thing. However this one takes the cake if you ask me. One of the most beautiful sports car out there. [img1]
And it runs good too! 🙂

Interesting comment for a man who...
Walks around in a Ferrari B3 suit (((😄 ))) LOL!!!
That Porsche is heavily Ferrari inspired though, don't you think??? The rear end is pure Enzo the front is very 60's 70's Retro Dino, nothing new or makes Porsche stand out as a Groundbeaking Car designing manufacturer🤔
Sorry to sound harsh Daniel, but my blood flows pure Rosso, my blood group's F, my heart is split into two half's, part is in Maranello the others in Monza although I do have a soft spot for San Marino and Spa. All the best German tracks have been butchered or scrapped. I have always wanted to see an F1 Grand Prix raced on the full Le Mans track, as far back as I can remember...
I have often wondered if somewhere in my English family ancestry, whether or not there was a Roman conquering invader who's Genes and DNA have got into my family's blood line and popped up heavily in me???

I am currently building this kit and indeed the tyres are absolutely AWFUL... Had to use a new blade and carve out the groove in order to get the rubber moulding off them !!!

Album info
For a kit that's more than 10 years old this came out pretty good if I do say so myself. I missed the aftermarket Benson & Hedges decals on this one though. Ironically though, not a week has passed and I found out about a nice decal sheet for a lot of Revell kits made by Museum Collection. I bought the said sheet but the kit was already done. C'est la vie...
I'll upload more photos in a few days.
P.S. The tyres are the worst ones I've ever seen on a kit, looking like they went through hell and back. That or being munched on by a poodle.
