Grumman F14A Tomcat
Cockpit does lack details on this kit.
Damn it some of the paint came up with the tape!
Must say very big. Must say the grey looks a bit dark. Hopefully Mavrick and Goose will be okay with it.
Bit of time off due to the move but getting back on it again. Dry fit of tail parts.
Stuck with the original cockpit which is very basic. My effort doesn't look to bad though.

I had this one when I was 25 years younger. If I remember correctly, the pylons for the sparrows & sidewinders were a horror to glue in the right angle. Looking forward to your exploits!

Pylons look okay but the upper and lower halves of the main aircraft look like they don't line up great. Looks like fun.............

15-11-16 Starting a new project. Revell kit. Been told not a great one and can see that its fit won't be great and not a lot of detail. But you get what you pay for and I can't the Tamiya set at the moment! Looks like it's going to be a big one.
