Wow, picture no. 1 is almost indistinguishable from a wartime-original photograph, I had to look twice.
Great work and photography !

Great job! Took a while for me to realize it is not a real wartime photograph!

First photo got me thinking "is this the real thing?" and when that happens you don't need more words.
Congratulations Craig 👍
PS. So I see now, it is unanimous...😢

Thank you all for the kind words. I was inspired by Michael Rinaldi's Tank Art series. I think the build was 30hrs and paint/weather about 150hrs. It was certainly an exercise in patience. The workbench has another two Sherman - Sherman V "Fox" from RMASG around D-Day and a Sherman Crab. "Fox" is getting a set of ModelKasten tracks and - at 8 parts per link - is doing my head in! LOL. Again, Gentlemen, thank you for taking the time to look& comment. Most appreciated.

Oh...forgot to mention. I couldn't get a good photo of the excellent Resicast 17pdr breech set. It fills the turret interior very nicely.

Wonderful work. I too thought the first picture was a wartime photo at first glance.

First crack at a winter white wash scheme using the Tank Art theories. Lots of lessons learned
