Vickers Wellington MK.III
Chopped out a huge section of cowling to reveal the engine, Ignition wires were also added.
Side view of the now revealed engine
Exhaust, Ignition ring, and back wall shown
Front Turret, very nicely detailed, the Montex masks were extremely accurate and worked well. One note, don't pull on the monte masks once they are on, the adhesive pulls off easily and leaves harsh smears.
Rear view with some wear added.

These are moulded in clear, but are black on the real aircraft. Thought I would take a snap because it looked so nice!
The panel was interesting too, the visible front panel is all clear, with a clear film of dials behind, and a plastic backing plate. I painted the backing plate white, stuck the dials on top, and then masked the panel with maskol blobs (Dials) and painted
Various radio parts for the wall behind the pilot.

Looks like a really nice kit, I like the detail level. Is it all out of the box?
