Thank you ! I know your GTX is going to be amazing ! You should do it in reverse scheme as you Bee, that would look kick ass side by side !!!!

PCP is an awesome colour, does the model paint match up to the eye popping effect of the real thing?

Those 71-72 Satellites had probably the best front end of the muscle car era, brilliant design

Regarding PCP. Yes and no. The real thing on a real car is GORGEOUS. There is an episode on Graveyard Carz where painted a Challenger. I have the Testors PCP and have used it. It is a transparent purple so the more coats you spray the darker it gets. I went WAY too dark with it. I have 2-3 cans of it so I will try again on something. I Think the reason this one came out so well, is it was molded in that high gloss black plastic, I primed it with Tamiya white primer ever so lightly and only hit it with the purple with one coat.

Something about that color paint, I have a 71 'Cuda (not to proud of that one) painted strait on the molded purple plastic with the same can of paint, looks like two completely different monsters !

Thanks for the info Bob & Bill, always wondered how accurate the colour replication was & I guess it all depends on base & number of coats.
