1/72 Kitech X-62 Vista "Raspberry Ripple"
Kit overview.
Kinetic leftover shortmolded spare parts.
This is the model before I decided what to do with it.
I removed the kit air intake as it was just horrible and replaced it with a CMK replacement.

Part of 5 unfurnished Vipers I was finishing together.
Heres were she is at as of the 14th July.
Instead of the resin dawsal spine I opted for the short molded Kinetic part.
This is perfect as I can reshape it anyway I want to.
This is perfect as I can reshape it anyway I want to.
After an experimental dawsal spine modification I decided it was a good idea to tape everything on for an all over dry fit.
And another angle of the dry fit.
I used my usual dry brush Silver over black, I still think it looks nice!
White primer completed.
I'm really liking the look so far.
So much so I'm not going to paint the tail Blue anymore!
It gives me vibes of the new livery!

Album info
This is a mixed bag this build.
I'll be using the fuselage, horizontal stabilizers, cockpit tub, canopy, landing gear and gear doors from the kit.
From the CMK set I'll use the 2 part engine invert and air intake.
I have a spare dorsal spine that I had replaced due to it being short molded so I'll be using that along with the chute housing extension from the Academy kit.
And to finish it all off I'll be purchasing the Tiger meet Decal set from Hannants.
I'll also be buying a set of resin Ejection Seats.
