Academy 13280
My first Academy kit...
First experience with link & length tracks. Detail is good and obviously quicker to assemble than individual links. But in this kit, the fit over the sprockets are a bit off. The links need a slight gap between them to fit over the sprockets. Not too noticeable unless you examine them closely.
Dunkelgrau - Tamiya XF-69 NATO Black (60%), XF-2 White (20%), XF-18 Medium Blue (20%) thinned w/lacquer thinner.
XF-85 Rubber Black used for road wheels.
I kept the fenders off as I preferred to paint the tracks off the model. There's no way to put the link & length tracks on the tank with the fenders on.
