Lower hull build start

Rear engine deck nearing completion. I left off the latches and travel lock as the rear deck is going to have a stowage set on it.

Hull halves put together and photoetch around the sponsons.

Turret nearly done 

Main build completed. Will paint the bogie assemblies separately and then put them on after. 

 

Starting in some damage. chunks on the road wheels, damaged fender. Upon closer inspection of my reference photo, it seems both lights are missing on the LH side, so some kind of battle damage there. I'll have to take them out. 

Starting painting wit the turret first. I like brush painting armor base coats, I like the heavier coat and rougher finish.

Finished and installed track armor as per reference photo. Both headlights are actually removed on reference photo, so removed the RH on the model as well. Installed baggage hanging rail on RH side of turret and painted in the convoy code.

Tools pretty much completed. Started adding stowage. Helmets are from Ultracast.

Small bit of progress lately. Starting on the front stowage while doing the extensive cleaning up and assembly of tracks. 

Finishing off the front stowage. Just the tracks and final weathering to do
