a lot

More work that it might have been if the parts were cleaner, but the bike is so cool I had to use it for my first attempt at airbrushing and some other techniques.
I didn't like the seat, so I got some leather, scraped it down, used some polystyrene tube for the red piping on some of the bikes I saw on the web.
There is a decal for the metal strap that actually holds down the tank, so I made one from steel (grabbed the wrong strip instead of aluminum) and used that. I SHOULD have done it before painting, because my clumsy CA glue work messed up the finish on the tank. Now I know better.
The heat staining on the head pipe could be better, I brushed it instead of airbrushing it, but it looks better in person than in the picture.
I stripped the chrome off the muffler and used bare metal foil instead.
It was a fun project and I'm pretty happy with the result.
