This project is a bit of a 'tweener'. The hull and various bits are together. I'm currently working putting the 170+ or so photo etch tie downs onto the deck.

Hull/superstructure is together. Main antenna mast, rocket launcher and 5" gun and other bits assembled. Currently working on adding the 177 or so tie downs to the flight deck. Some very minor filling required. Kit fits together fairly well, so far. Some of the plastic parts are very small. Some ejector pin marks in hard to reach places. I added the MASTER antenna and gun accessories. They look really good. Have to watch out for the antenna though, they are very sharp and pointy!!!!

I really like what Trumpeter did with the photo etch frets. They are laminated on both sides with clear plastic. The small parts can be removed from the fret without having them fly off into space. Really great considering the amount of small parts (deck tie downs in 1:350th
