Despite Dragon's 234 kit superiority the Italeri one is still a nice kit! I built it more than 20 year's ago and it was a pleasure. I've still got another one in my stash and it surely will find its place in the display case. The only question is...when...😉
I'm tuned in and looking forward to more progress pics.

The Dragon kit will have to wait until i'm a bit more experienced i think. With the 4.5 gazillion parts that kit has.

But i love this particular type of SdKfz 234, so chances are that i will build the Dragon kit...

...Someday😉

Due to back problems i had to stop working on my projects for a while. I finished the suspension in multiple 15 min sessions. I hope to start working on the Puma and other projects later this week 🙂 (can't wait, i've been bored out of my mind)

Today is Tool Day 😄 most of the little hooks and tools are glued into place. And i got a present from a friend: a Vallejo AFV Painting System because he ruined the needle of my airbrush. A new needle is on it's way, but it'll take a week or so to arrive.

@Roy: you're the second one to recommend the Dragon kit.. I'll go to a hobbyshop tomorrow, and I hope for my wallet that they don't have it 🙂
@Stefan: Je spreekt Nederlands? I have never worked with Vallejo paint, so i can't wait to see how it will turn out.

Mijn Duits is waarschijnlijk slechter Maar dan woon/woonde je vast ergens vlakbij de grens NL-DE? Oh, en 'van wegen' is één woord: 'vanwege'.😉

Eend, here's where I buy my Dragon kits. I will only buy them if they are 40-50% off. Not sure what the website would be in the NL but I would look to see if they have something close.

Thanks for the link, but it is out of stock. It is hard to find, but i already found a shop that does have this kit.

And this Puma is ready for painting, i'll have to wait for the airbrush needle now 🙁

I'm getting a bit impatient with the shop i ordered my needle. If it doesn't arrive today i'll consider using the Tamiya rattle can on my Puma..

Finally i have my needle, so i sprayed the hull with primer. Still have to do the turret though, but i'm out of time.

Sprayed the turret in primer friday, now for a nice coat of paint. I also finished the wheels, and tried to paint a hub/rim. I used a circle template for this, but (as i feared) didn't work the way i wanted. The paint kept 'flowing' towards the lower portions of the rim..

First time i've tried to paint camo, using bits of torn paper to mask. But it didn't really work that well with at all angles.
