Sorry, but this do look more like a wooden Cable Car toy for a 3-year old child than a real Cable Car model (assumed picture 6 shows the complete kit).
May be it has some value for a collector.
Just my 2 Cents.

Thanks. Yeah it's complete. I'm not sure it looks old. I'm going to guess 50-70s? I can't find anything an it online. I neighbor gave it to me and said it was his as a youngster.
I doubt a 3 year old could put this together. Maybe a teen. It's all wood with pins and needs glue

I've had a look and I can't find anything about the kit or even the company. It must be a very rare kit.
