bossy122Thank you. Besides the failing pinstripes, I do wish I had filled the seams around the head rest area and painted the windscreen with some clear blue..........next time 😉

Mike ThomasLooks great, bossy! I hear ya on the pinstripes. I hate doing them...so I went ahead and started the JPS Lotus Type 79 last week. You know? The black one with about 300 pinstripe decals? I'm a sucker for punishment, I guess. 🤣

bossy122Those aren't as bad as they can fully adhere to the body. Those bottom ones on this Ferrari, the outer film doesn't have anything to "hold on to" and the pinstripe itself isn't enough to keep ahold. Even with Micro Sol, the damn things came off. I have a Ligier JS17 I'm working on, pinstriped that one, CLEAR COATED it and my Spiderman like fingers still pulled a chunk off. So be careful, once you think you have them on and nothing can go wrong........oops.! I wear a white glove now to pick the damn things up. So far, so good.....until it isn't. 😉
