Since I intend to make an 'in-flight' version strenghthening of this area seems necessary..
Bomb bay covers need a bit of trimming to fit.

The intake wedge is moulded together with the bomb bay - it will add some strenght and stiffness here.

Dry fit reveals significant gaps on both sides... therefore I decided to install the jet engines exhausts first before I decide how to manage with that.

Thanks for your interest, Ludviku! I must say I have had lost my enthusiasm for this kit - and I am a bit busy with my professional issues these days, so I have not enough energy for more conceptual tasks. But I promise I will get back to my Valkyrie soon 😉
