"Sludge" wash - distilled water, flat black acrlic paint, and dish soap - As per a recent FSM pdf "Essential finishing techniques".

Immediately upon applying sludge
After clean up
Upper Surface after sludge application and clean up. I would do it again

I just read that there were only 9 (or 10) built. None saw action (except in simulations now..)

Since none saw action I was uncertain of weathering. I did some highlighting which turned into some wear and tear. The yellow round decals were delicate and the upper port circle was torn just by a touch of a finger (trying to flatten a wrinkle). The red circle on top hid the blemish but it shows as the depressed area it is.
