It is in this state since months ... I added some bits to the instrument and lhs panel this week. Still need to attach 5 tiny levers ... That is what I hate 🙁

Now it's closed up and got some paint already. I do not like how Eduard did the gun barrels , so I left them off and put in some Master Barrels (for P-47). I checked some pix before and it looks like these. The outboard guns are some pieces of a hypodermic needle as I did not want to waste a whole barrel for this stump.

sadly the white stripe on the tail is not included as decal and has to be painted. applying the stencils is tedious, but in the end there are not too many of them. After all were put on the model got a good layer of Klear and then a sludge wash with a mid grey oil color. I know it looks bright but it is actually a rather dark grey. When this was dry I removed teh excess paint with a cloth

Arrggh, desaster struck (again) .. seems I can get no build through withouit it. When workin on my Gripen I lost the grip 🙁 and that crated dived onto my Hellcat (which had some u/c parts newly attached). Of cours the u/c leg broke (no big deal) but in the curse the oleo scissors disappeared (really - no sound and nowhere to find) any idea where I can get a new (AM) set of those?

Schade das man das Zeug niergendwo mehr bekommen kann bzw. es nicht mehr von Jens produziert wird... Hab noch ein paar RLM Töne hier rumfliegen und hoffe das die nicht bald unbrauchbar sind...
