excellent build...interesting way of painting the squiggles might be easier than spraying them free hand

I resorted to using blue tack for wave mirror pattern as using the airbrush freehand I was unable to get the hard outline to pattern. model was repainted 3 times until I was happy with the result!!

How did you handle to get the sharp edges between RLM 70 andRLM71 without ruining the meander?

In order to get the hard edged 'splinter' scheme I used blue tack again. I rolled it into strips marked out the scheme then sprayed RLM71, then I moved the strips carefully. It did stick in some places to the other blue tack, but I was able to cut ,gently, the blue tack on the RLM71 sprayed surfaces in order to move it so I could then spray the RLM70. The result you see. Many thanks for your interest.

I'll have to handle this challenge too in one of my next projects.

Hi Andy - there is alot going on here and it looks great - the 'meander' paint scheme reminds me of my Storch build - so respect!

Many thanks to all of you, this is the first build I have ever uploaded,so your comments are very encouraging. The figures are a combination of ICM,Eduard,Preiser & other figures & parts from various kits, modified for the poses required plus some filler.
Again thanks & Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to you all. Andy
