Yeah, Augie! I wanted to show that at least that I'm working on something, but the whole bunch of pics will follow (if) once finished.
H K: 👍 Yepp!
Fabian: Close, very close! 1996 ALAN kit in a Dragon box!

soundl like a litte callenge ... an Alan kit in a Dragon Box, what I´m wondering... are the instructions better or worse than the Alan ones? 😄

Usual Dragon instructions. 1-2 mistakes, but ok. I tried to build it as per the instruction steps and it worked out, but... I will never do it again. I usually tend to jump between the steps. To keep instruction discipline isn't my thing... 🙂

Same with me...😉
Had already some of the really odd Alans...what I larned: Dryfit, dryfit and dryfit. But maybe this one is an unusual Alan kit😉

The instructions have 16 steps. I reached step 15 - the figure. No big issue except for that I have no idea how to fix the proposed figure in the turret. I might skip it and continue with step 16 - the tracks and final assembly. Then you'll get more pics.... (whenever "then" will be...)

Well Frank... This one Comes out very nice! On the other Hand Dragon produces a wide range of Panzer II kits. Do You like it the hard way? 🙂

Well, Christian, look at my stash. I've got some backlog to work on.😉😉😉
But next kit shall be one of the recent kits. May be the St. Chamond or Marmon Herrington...

👍 Christian, and I have hope to get there. Not 250, but may be 249😉
My mother will become 92 this year and is doing very well.

Indeed... BTW, saw the pics of the sprues you´ve posted... they ain´t looking like the the Alan sprues I know, way more elegant and with a more reasonalble sprue-parts layout😉

For once, it's a real step by step post!
Looking at your build, this kit looks better than expected. How was the was the assembly? A breeze or a dog?
See you

On your first pic, the caption says ?make your guess?

Thank you, guys!
@Joerg: Once a while...😉
@Fabian: Unbelievable, isn't it. However, it is realy an Alan kit in a Dragon box. All sprues show the Alan label.
@George: Thank you. Hope you'll like it once finished.
@Jose: Thank you!
@Kim: Yeah, I can't leave all to you guys. Let's hope that I get it really finished.
@Lionel: I'll probably won't do it again. The kit came nice together. Some pin marks to fill and I had to widen some location holes. The space between the track teeth was a bit too narrow, but the plastic was soft enough that I could bend them a bit outside.
@Wim: Thank you!
@Holger: I love more colourful camouflage, but often I end up with a single coloured model... 🙁
@James: I used "Make your guess", when it was a single picture, before uploading all the others. I've changed the caption now... 😄

Album info
Too busy to finish, but at least I'm on something...
.
Tried this one "by the book". The fotos show nearly every single step as per instruction sheet.
