T-28 Build Progress
The first steps using revell aqua colors.
Little improvements on the minimalistic landing gear and a selfmade washing with pastell paint.
Added some detail, decals and painted the engine.
I needed to close some holes with styrene due to poor fitting accuracy.
Playing around with humbrol filler.
Added some weight to the nose.
Starting to look like a airplane 😄
Priming reveals alot of spots that do need a lot of rework. I will clean these parts and start again with filling and sanding.
Repair work done.
Color testing and preshading finished.
Base color applied.
Base color in bright sunshine 🙂
A little more progress until I can apply the first decals 😄
Started with the wheels.
Added the anti glare coat on the top of the cowling.
The first decals have been applied XD
All decals applied ...
Added some scratch build details
First steps in weathering on the underside of the wing ... just for training purpose.
The Trojan is done. I consider it finished. Thanks for reading 🙂

Album info
This is my very first build after 16 years of modelling abstinence. I selected this kit to serve as some sort of guinea pig for try and error and eventually to develop modelling skills.
