First things first... cut the hull to shape and glued it together.

Added internal structure for support and for something to drill into so I can attach the wings.

Album info A little kit-bashed scratch-build of Fujimoto's submarine from the Studio Ghibli animated film, "Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea." For the main hull, I used a modified 1/350 Cutty Sark (Academy). For the wings I used some parts from a random Bandai "Gundam thing". The rest is all scratch built.
