This is the problematic part . Those spats shouldn't be there . As a solution I am thinking: Either I copy half the wheel in resin or I copy the entire wheel from another kit .

Work in progress . I was very happy, now that I have a little time free after work to start this project. Putting aside the fact that the engine is larger than the inside diameter of the cowling and some putty will be needed for some area's, I see that I must put this project on hold .
First problem is that the wheels are moulded with spats , which need to be removed. This is not the end, I could come up with a solution . The worse part is that decals are missing the original writing of Bücker.
Photos with the progress will follow.

Following. When you start, I would like to see how you solve all those problems, because I have the same kit. It will be interesing.

Thanks for watching. Some of the problems are in the added photos, with the solution .
For engine I have chosen to thin the inner walls of the cowling with sandpaper, I did the same for the engine cylinder heads. As for the wheels either I shall copy half in resin or copy the entire wheel from another kit. Maybe from an Bücker 131.

Welcome aboard Stefan. It will be a slow progress. There are many corrections to do and a lot of detail to add.
Thanks for stopping by.
