Really liked the little bird. Maybe I'll get a I-153 on skis next, I really have a soft spot for those chubby Soviet planes.

Eduard Polikarpov I-16 in 1/48

Painting was done with Vallejo, AK and Schmincke colors, weathering was done with oils and Flory Models washes.

The base was made by taking a IKEA frame and a Model Scene grass mat.
