Julian: the new 3rd gen. AK is real great. I airbrushed without thinner, then I mixed with normal AK acryl white and thinner for the highlights. It worked also!

Yes, it's good to step outside the comfort zone and do something totally different once in a while. Those two was a great mojo boost for me last year as I after that built my F-111A in just about three weeks time. A frigging lightning speed build on my part as I'm a slow builder. But out of the four builds that I did finish last year only one was inside my comfort zone.
