Academy 1/35 M-60A1 Rise
She has been on the wall of shame for a looooong time. It is time to finish her properly.
Some light weathering and a bit of stowage.
DBDU camo was easier to paint than I thought. Still a lot to do.
The start of a camo net. Forming a pipe cleaner to fit the turret
Pipe cleaner ready for some tissue.
I formed the camo net with deluted white glue.
The net is ready for some texture
Tea leafes from a tea bag and a bit of oregano. Remove bits that look like leafes.
Mock up of the whole thing. The camo net has got the first layer of paint.
Still a lot to do, but it will be finished this time.
I was not happy with the TC figure so I promoted the loader and made a new loader from spare parts, I guess he is a Frankentanker…
If you are interested in testing your patience, I suggest making the inner lining of a 1/35 PASGT helmet…
Made a simple base from a picture frame, DAS clay, AK acrylic texture, poly yarn and fibres from an old paintbrush.
The crew is soon ready to take command of the tank. I rearly paint details that can´t be seen, hence the lack of paint on the trousers.
The crew is ready for action.
Finished! I will post some better pictures tomorrow.

Awsome. Nice details and great weathering. On first Look, i thought its a picture of a real tank. 👍

Thank you for all the nice comments, guys. It was a fun build and it feels good to finish an old shelf queen.
