It took more than 6 months, but now the work is almost complete. I'll just add a tiny drop of clear varnish to simulate the wingtip lights, since they're too small for me to mimic them with clear plastic. Next step is to set the plane in a small stand with a scratch made pilot figure standing by. That'll be another album! Thank you all guys for your likes!

Thank you all.
Neuling, it was difficult not to get carried away with the weathering. Reference photos show a good maintenance of the underwing area. I tried to give it a worn look but not too much, except for the port wing AA damage, of course 😉

Thank you guys!
@Neil: please feel free to visit my albums, there is a WIP there, and also another album about cockpit painting only. Sorry for that, I was young and knew nothing about this forum. I'll try to merge those three to ease navigation as soon as I can.

if you go to the album, click on "manage" and then "advanced", you can re-asign the pictures to a different album.

Olivier, I'm working on the BAe Hawk Demonstrator, but at snail pace. Currently building and detailing main gear bays.

Agreed. Just looked through the album again, some amazing scratching skills. Love that battle damage 👍

Thank you all!
@Alec: battle damage was really fun to do. The trickiest part by far was scratching the gunpod's structure, so that the barrels would rest as parallel as possible. I was really close to giving up... but that would have been a pity!

I am very impressed. You can't work any finer. I would have thought it was 1:48 scale!!!
