Huge parts count. Ok I've already glued the wing halves together.
![Album image #2 Album image #2](/albums/img/9/7/6/1172976-12448-59-720.jpg)
Big instructions
![Album image #3 Album image #3](/albums/img/9/7/7/1172977-12448-50-720.jpg)
For my model these parts are not needed.
![Album image #4 Album image #4](/albums/img/9/8/4/1172984-12448-66-720.jpg)
Kit decals. I think I'll stick with the Max decals from the stash.
![Album image #5 Album image #5](/albums/img/9/8/8/1172988-12448-10-720.jpg)
Besides decals only other aftermarket is these Aeroclub spatted u/c that were standard on IAC birds (and fitted to the preserved 34 I'm building)
![Album image #6 Album image #6](/albums/img/9/8/9/1172989-12448-44-720.jpg)
![Album image #7 Album image #7](/albums/img/9/9/0/1172990-12448-51-720.jpg)
Groovy cockpit details...
![Album image #8 Album image #8](/albums/img/0/0/2/1173002-12448-40-720.jpg)
![Album image #9 Album image #9](/albums/img/0/0/3/1173003-12448-14-720.jpg)
And that's the cockpit painted.
![Album image #10 Album image #10](/albums/img/0/0/4/1173004-12448-65-720.jpg)
And cockpit finished
![Album image #11 Album image #11](/albums/img/0/2/9/1173029-12448-81-720.jpg)
1 hrs work.
![Album image #12 Album image #12](/albums/img/3/2/6/1178326-12448-70-720.jpg)
Wings, tail, ailerons and elevators on. Primed. Tamiya LP-3.
![Album image #13 Album image #13](/albums/img/9/1/6/1185916-12448-89-720.jpg)
Some progress now off work for a few days. Black was glossed and masked. Wing tricolour stripes painted. (Decided against decals).
![Album image #14 Album image #14](/albums/img/9/1/7/1185917-12448-15-720.jpg)
Stripes masked.
![Album image #15 Album image #15](/albums/img/9/1/8/1185918-12448-65-720.jpg)
Silver paint on wings (Tamiya Lacquer paint) and AK metal for the polished metal cowling.
![Album image #16 Album image #16](/albums/img/9/1/9/1185919-12448-75-720.jpg)
Max Decals. Just the 34 and celtic bosses on the fuselage.
![Album image #17 Album image #17](/albums/img/9/2/0/1185920-12448-65-720.jpg)
I actually don't have a photo showing all this at the same time. Delivery photo shows small 34 on fuse. 1945 photo is nearest to the model but I think cowling is black. Preserved aircraft in the museum shows the 34 and boss but silver painted cowling, or no boss like the title pic on this page. However, its my model and frankly I don't care!

On her legs!
![Album image #19 Album image #19](/albums/img/3/8/9/1187389-12448-97-720.jpg)
Almost there!
![Album image #20 Album image #20](/albums/img/3/9/0/1187390-12448-40-720.jpg)
And finished! Not my best effort but a good result for the amount of time and effort put in (not much of either, really). Did what it was intended to. Hassle free modelling.
