It starts… 

Cockpit going together nicely. 

Great fit so far. 

Oxygen tanks.

Keeping the wingtips un-clipped with this Mk.Vb for Wing Commander, Adolph G. Malan. 

No idea why these are on the wings if they are just to be removed? Managed to remove 90% of material. Some small scratches but will be fine once painted. Anyone know why this is removed or even there in the first place? 

Landing gear complete.  

Propeller done 

Taking shape now. Fuselage and wings fitted perfectly. No gap at all. Very satisfying.  

Fits perfect.  

Propeller on. Landing gear mounted - Tight fit but once in, perfect. 

Lovely shape 

Time to start painting.  

First time trying a thinner cement. Really nice to apply. Finding it great to work with.
