This is a restoration project.
I've always loved the Flanker, and to have a Fullback varient in the fleet is amazing!
I have 90% of a "Test Flanker" decal sheet that I bought to finish an SU-27 Flanker in the scheme that I saw at Waddington in 1998.
So I will use some of those decals to Jazz this beast up a little to make her look like a Prototype that Gromov Flight Research Institute has bought and is testing the hell out of it!
