future project, as our local hospital is going to get a new EMS Helicopter in februari 2022.
the new EC135 (F-GMTU, leased from SAF France) will replace the AS355F1 that is already 35 years old and becoming expensive to operate.
the non profit organisation, VZW MUG-Heli, keeps the aircraft flying with donations as the helicopter is not funded by the state. im planning on building a number of copies of these helicopters, including 1 for myself, 1 to be donated to the organisation, and 3 more to then be auctioned off and donate the profits to the helicopter charity. of course, this is all not final yet and i cant start working on it until the helicopter is delivered.

i am close to reaching the wanted 5 kits minimum, with already 3 in the stash (i have more, but these are for other projects, they could be transfered if needed). i hoping to get a 1/32nd version in the future. as noted, this will be a charity build. i will keep one for myself, one for the helicopter charity organisation and 3 to be auctioned off when completed with the proceeds going to the charity organisation.

decal designing is completed, almost ready to print out. meanwhile, ive also been asked to make a 1/32 scale version of this decalsheet. i will look into this another day. with the helicopter now delivered and the first pictures emerging, i was able to get the full details on the paintjob and finish the decal design for the 5 models that im now ready to start on, just need a few shots of the interiour.

Nils SteyaertWith some delay (well, lots of delay) i finally started on this project, with the first parts of the first helicopter being built and painted.
4 more to go, although i will need to update the desig for the decals with additional serials for the backup helicopters (F-GSMU and F-GMHC)
