Base plate test. Used 20x15 cm photo frame filled with hardboard. On top is paper for watercolour painted blue and covered with several coats of satin varnish.

Flanker1903The kit's hull was warped, when I tried to sand the sides, it would came apart despite the glue, so eventually I gave up.
