GlennThe biggest disappointment about this is the white metal! Apart from being a bit dirty the metal seems brittle. One of the Main landing gear legs was broken at the base of the "T joint" bugger. But i have soldered it back together and reinforced it with more solder (on both legs) I'm not worried about loosing a bit of the detail around the joint by building it up with more solder as the large mainwheels will hide a lot of it. I want the landing gear to be strong. Anyway after a bit of filing it has cleaned up o.k. Will have to get a chainsaw to chop the fuselage and wings sections! 😮
