I've used a few PE sets in my time, plus PE that comes out of my favorite Czech manufacturers' kits. My first encounter with PE parts was in a DML Dragon 1:72 Arado Ar-234 Blitz kit bought back in the early to mid '90s. Is this not leaning a bit towards the point of insanity though?! I showed my wife this product's photo and pointed out that the scale is actually her chosen scale for her waterline ships AND that they really all were sitting on a coin and not just a neat display base. The look on her face was priceless! That aside, we're both wondering; Who was the first to come up with the idea to make Photo-etched parts and turn them into a ludicrous form of origami for fly-poo size details?
