1_72at present, the engine covers have been removed because I would be completely dissatisfied with both paintings and tragic fitting.

JohnNice paintwork. Colors look good, I wouldn't worry that's an issue. Can always change the tone with a wash anyway. 👍

DanielA true legend! awesome painting, the chipping is just perfectly made for this particular jet, (not an easy task, theres a thin line between realistic used look and repainting the whole thing...)

Weathering was interesting, it is always difficult to balance realistic and nice looking. I'm glad you like it!

May I ask you why you also weathered the missiles ? On a real jet, if the machine is used and dirty, the munitions are usually brand news, so…

TV_scalemodelsT Ber: Thanks! Missiles are not massively weathered, just some panel line wash, maybe a little bit of pre-shading, that's all. Drop tanks are weathered however as they seemed to be used multiple times, not dropped in every mission according to my references.

I keep trying to add this item to my stash and if I go into the item page it says it is in my stash but if I go to my stash it's not there? I also can't get it to come up in the search option either?
Full scale Sopwith factory decal (Wingnut Wings 9110007, 1:1)
I'm a bit confused as to how I even found it on here now in the first place 😂
Any help would be greatly received.

1_72One of these is already finished, second still waits to be completed. Back then I used to think these Matchbox kits were great to built - oh boy, I couldn't be more wrong!. Loads of sanding, scratching, handlings and maledictions!. Rough thing! Anyway, trying do my best to make it look acceptable.

William JoelOh I had fun with my build too. You can check it out here too if you like. I found that I had to replace the machine guns as I just couldn't keep them from breaking during the painting process. If anyone is interested, take a look at: PB4Y-2 Privateer | Album by BigBill (1:72)

1_72William Joel thanks for comment. Your Privateer looks really great, especially like that panel linings at the bottom of plane and, well - replaced machine guns seem to look even more proper than original plastic sticks. Overall very nice looking build.
