Took me over 2 years to finish this 1/35 diorama. The plan was to add a tank and some figures. The tank is 80% completed already. But it looks to me that the base gives a peace and quiet feeling. The tank and figures may disrupt it. Anyway hope you guys enjoy this as much as I do.
In case anyone wondering, the house was from eBay, just search 1/35 house.

Lovely work. I agree with Hans, a rusting car or an old commercial van would look great with this scene as well.

Thanks for the lovely comments guys. Dioramas are much complicated and time consuming than tank/vehicle models. It's difficult to work on so many materials, timber, plastic, resin, paper, soil & sands etc. as they react so differently to the paints.

Good decision! Something this beautiful doesn't need a tank. 🙂
Fantastic work, reminds me of the works of Marcel Ackle. 👍
How did you do the clothes on the washing line?

it is simply fantastic, I love all the details you exquisitely created. I would certainly leave the tank out of it. if anything, a figure sitting in comfortable position reading a book or just enjoying the sunset.

WOW, that's an impressive work.
No vehicles needed, maybe some playing kids or a rocking chair on the veranda.

Very beautiful. A good decision to leave out the tank. A dilapidated civilian vehicle and / or children playing would fit better.
