Start of rust. 

 

Light tan coat on. Also put a gloss coat on after this so chipping fluid can go on in the morning. Then a light green and a darker brown will go on and get chipped.

Completed the rust on the muffler 

So the tracks for this build are really tiny. You can see compared to the size of a 9V battery (all I had that people might recognize) you can see their size. Not going to lie, I almost gave up as the first set of 5 took me about a half hour. Second set was about 15 minutes and then I figured out a better way to assemble and things picked up speed quite a bit. Need about 7" of track for each side of the tank and 1" is about 10 links, so you can do the math. My hands and my neck hurt but I should be able to finish this tomorrow night. 

 

 

 

 

A bit of rust added on the exhaust
 

Tracks added. Worked with the metal tracks and they were just too delicate. Kept breaking etc. I have another set and have learned enough lessons to actually use them next time.
