Album info

At some point, I will be building this highly unique and amazing VF-33 F-8E. These Aeromaster decals have an option for one that flew off the USS Enterprise in 1962, adorned with yellow lightning bolts and black stars. It was among the first production F-8Es, so at the time it lacked the Bullpup hump that was characteristic of the aircraft. One thing the decal sheet unfortunately does not seem to have right is the wingtip decals--these black lightning bolts were featured on earlier version F-8s that flew with VF-33. To correct this I'm going to use the yellow wingtip decals from another sheet and find black stars that are the approximate size.
