Its always good to hear the top gun theme whilst modeling! Nice little build but the nose looks a bit long. Anyway, you had fun and that is what counts!

It actually felt really similar to 1:72 but there wasn't a massive amount of detail to muck about with so hey ho. Just ordered their version of the EE Lightning in 1/100 too

Album info
Decided to do this as a mid build break from the new Airfix Javelin. It's a great kit but was getting a bit stressed with the painting. Anyway, this was great fun and came together in one evening and was painted the next. Considering this is widely available for under £2 it's a great kit. Finished using humbrol sprays and acrylics, cos I'm still scared of enamel paint.
