Good build mate! Just a shame about those "Magical Tracks". Tamiya should replace 'em...

Excellent work, Alan! Very nice! 👍 I still somehow truly love completely unworn looking vehicles! 🙂

Nice work, Alan! I like the clean look. 👍 Somewhat different from today's trend.

Thanks John. Thanks Frank. Didn't have any experience or knowledge for any other weathering. My KV II was my first experiment with that. Every tank has to be new one day, but with the hedge cutter installed, it should be weathered a bit since it must be in the field in Normandy.

Yes, that is true. But like Frank said, it is refreshing to see something not so heavily weathered for a change 🙂 and there is art in building a model too 👍

....and you have to work very clean as Alan did. No chance to hide mistakes, to much glue etc.

Great looking tank Alan. I did not know the Helldiver was your first airplane, you did an excellent job on it.

I just bought Tamiyas "D-day 70th anniversary" with 8 old kits, the M5A1 is in that box, will be intresting.

This was my first armour kit built. It is brush painted with Model Master Acryls with black wash and highlighting but no weathering.
