The picture is date stamped March 3, 2004 which is OIF 2. The vehicle is an M998 which they put basic armor doors on and added hardox steel plates.
The picture turns up quit often in Google searches.

Got that. OIF I did not end for 3d ACR until they left country at the end of March 2004. We were sporadically moving equipment down to Kuwait for the month prior to our actual final convoys south out of Al Asad.

I only had those cheap disposable camera the first tour; about half of the pictures taken didn't develop properly 🙁 Of course, the two cameras with all of the Iraqi aircraft graveyard photos on them didn't work out.
