Destination Moon (Blue Willys Jeep)
Here's the box
I'm just using the jeep sprue
Comes together pretty quickly
After I painted it blue, I realized I needed to make some alterations
okay... so that back end looks a little more like the books...
AND... we're back in blue... on with the show!
Seats painted.
Not sure I like the seat colour...
Seats repainted.
Yeah. much better.
Almost done now...
Just need some stretched clear sprue...
And we have headlights!
Oh, and a little base display. Only missing the license plates!
License plate added... all finished!!

Greg BakerOk... I'll admit it. I'm very proud how the headlights turned out. I wasn't sure when i drilled out the holes if I was going to regret it, but a tiny bit of clear stretched sprue and some silver paint make a huge differece!
