I built this 69 Charger around 1988. It seems to be a Charger 500 body as evidenced by the fastback rear window. I chose to leave out the grille inserts and for many years the grille recesses were painted with a transparent blue. Once I built a 69 Daytona Charger and had the stock grille left over, I changed to the stock grille with black recesses. The “426 Hemi” script on the sides is actually architectural blueprint dry transfers. They were placed long before I had learned what or where “Hemi” badging really belonged. The Rally wheels have been enhanced with transparent blue paint for a little added “pop”. The rears have been widened. I used sewing thread for spark plug wires.
