James, Thanks. When I built it I was kind of surprised as well. Silver wasn't as popular back in the day as it is now. I drive 36,000 a year for work and 80% of the cars are white, black or silver/gray.

James, No. The intention was to build JUST the body so that someone else can turn it into a slot car. Actually the photos are from him as I forgot to take pics when I was done.

I had a friend who ended up with a whole bunch of kits from a guy he knew who was moving and couldn't take them. My friend really doesn't build kits. He exploits them for his true passion, slot cars. He had a few unbuilt kits that I wanted so we worked out a deal. I would pick a kit of my choosing and he would give me one of his choosing. I would build the body for him and add the rest of the kit to my parts stash. He came out way ahead time and materialswise but I was ok with that. Here they are.
