Audrius, that is very generous of you, but I have no idea how to go about achieving the results you have here. Your work is inspirational ?

Bruce, I appreciate your kind words. However practice makes perfect. I guess you know it already 🙂

Sveikas Audrius,
It looks great!

Im about to build FT-17 "Slibinas", for my wife, as she always asks to build some Lithuanian tank 😄

Do you have some more reference materials, like drawings with dimensions, regarding Maxim mount (I'd build only the external part) ?
Another question is what would be the standard green shade for this tank, or in general for Lithuanian Armed Forces vehicles in around mid 1920's?

Best Regards!

your wife have a good taste I would say 😉
will see what I have and would share over email. As to Green color , there is no historical color video, foto reference. The only what I found is the written recollection of LT solder , who described the color as " greyish-green". Thus I say that starting with Olive Drab is a good point.

Album info

One of 12 FT-17 tanks bought by Lithuania in 1923.
There were 2 with cast turret, the rest were with riveted turrets. All of them were given own names written on turrets. Mine build shows "Giltinė" (engl. Reaper) with a riveted turret.
