Thanks Torsten and Spanjaard. Good luck with your kit and resolving the technical difficulties. My issues on this came from the body. It was molded in something that resembles stainless steel and I had trouble getting paint to stick to it.

Make sure to clean your kit bodies with simple green and warm water first to remove any release agent residue left on, and that will help with your paint.
