Getting closer to the paint job. Started to apply the Cockpit windows.
![Album image #10 Album image #10](/albums/img/5/1/4/758514-10307-70-720.jpg)
I spend the whole evening to fit those two parts together - the LH Window showed a warpage and a collision with the cover of the front dash board did the rest. It made me almost mad to figure out the "best fit".
![Album image #11 Album image #11](/albums/img/5/1/5/758515-10307-74-720.jpg)
It took ages, but finally - done.
![Album image #12 Album image #12](/albums/img/3/8/0/756380-10307-76-720.jpg)

The bird on the bench. It was all still too unique black and shiny. I tried to give some live to this "toy-like appearence" model. I hope that it'not over done when I have finished this process.

Gents - I know that some of you have that bird on stash and thinking about to start glueing. So here some experience I made: decals went on pretty easy, but the instructions show some typos. So make sure you cut per "picture" and not per number shown. Plus: Check twince upfront decaling the vertical tail fin - you need to put some alu paint on the housing of the tailrotor drive. All the other decals have it printed on the sheet. The "R" on the brand name comes without - I have no clue why(?). See picture above - 2/3 of the black bubble you see there needs to be painted upfront decaling.
