Thanks James - bit heavy on the weathering (those pesky raised panel lines) and I fogged the canopy - but hey, every build is a learning exercise... I've bought the kit again and have the Blue Angels vintage kit also so will be giving them a crack too at some stage 😉

I had a pair of them which I sold off after receiving a pair of more recent Hobby Boss kits. I regret it now, as the Italeri kits included both the angled and straight refueling probes if I recall correctly. My intention is to do a pair of RNZAF machines which require the angled probes... which the newer kits don't include.

Hi James, yes you're correct the kit did contain both probe options. Will deffo keep a look out for when you post progress on your build of the Hobby Boss kits ?

Album info
Hi there,
Thanks for stopping by to view my latest build #10 the A-4 Skyhawk.
I build straight 'out-of-the-box' endeavouring to show the build journey in as few photographs as possible - this is my reason for utilising montage imagery to help reduce the image count of an album.
This build was uploaded on the 26th March 2021.
I hope that the you find my build journey informative and helpful.
