Even though the two underbody missiles are still missing, I call it finished. I'm quite happy with the result. What I really like is the subtle weathering, a combination of the florymodels wash and a bit of enamel washes and oils on top of it. Also the "experiments" with the metal engine parts ended acceptable. Where I have to improve next time are the clear parts, the canopy looks terrible close up... As I already mentioned, the kit is very easy to build and the fit is great. Unfortunately the parts (and also the manual) are not completely correct in regards of a J-16 and also the "low-vis" decals are not completely "low-vis". Hope you like it too!

Beautiful man! I love the metalwork, and dealing with clear parts can be tricky sometimes, I know all to well also. LOL

iI definitely do like it! 👍 An all-grey modern plane can be quite a dull affair, particularly a PLAF-one + the Flanker is quite a bit of a canvas... You managed to keep it interesting without going outside of the "fully believable" envelope - light paneling and smaller contrasts doing the job - nice!
